Honda Celebration of Light 2018

-Vancouver’s beloved fireworks festival is returning for a 28th year at English Bay, in the heart of downtown Vancouver. In addition, the festival also features the Park Stage at Second Beach, a free family-friendly festival site featuring live music, food trucks and sponsor activations as well as three full days of programming at Z-Fest on The Keg Lounge, Vancouver’s largest free community concert series, featuring a line-up of distinctly Canadian musical acts.

Vancouver Pride Parade & Festival

-In this joyous celebration of diversity, anybody with a positive and loving spirit will feel right at home. Parties, dances, cruises, a parade and a spectacular final event makes this an unforgettable celebration every summer. The parade is also a reminder of how far we’ve come and how far we still need to go to ensure everyone, not just in Vancouver, but around the world, is able to love safely and fully.

Abbotsford International Airshow 2018

-Designated Canada’s National Airshow, Abbotsford is Canada’s premier aviation festival. Since 1962, millions of spectators have watched the finest civilian and military aerobatic performances in the world. People gather from around the globe to look to the skies in awe.

TD Vancouver Chinatown Festival 2018
August 11, 2018 - August 12, 2018

-Last year, over 57,000 festival goers converged on the streets of Columbia and Keefer in historic Chinatown to experience the biggest multicultural summer celebration in town. Festival activities included day market, “Historical & Food Tasting Walking tour”, Desjardins Kids corner, multicultural stage performances, Cultural Corner, TD Canadian Talent Showdown, theme related activities and Streetfest.

Vancouver International Coffee & Tea Awards Festival

-Everyone is invited to this free event on Sunday August 19th at David Lam Park in Yaletown, where you can sample and celebrate some of the best beverages available on the market today! The public will also get a vote to select the People's Choice Award for their favourite drink.
