6월 3일 Wonderspaces
A pop-up arts event, June 2 through July 30. Visitors of all ages will enjoy over a dozen extraordinary art experiences previously seen at world-class events including Burning Man, Sundance Film Festival, and SXSW. Playing on all the senses, Wonderspaces transports visitors outside of their everyday lives with the goal to bring people together through shared experience.

6월 4일 Rock 'n' Roll San Diego Marathon
Synchrony Financial Rock ‘n’ Roll San Diego will welcome more than 30,000 marathon and half-marathon runners, showcasing some of San Diego’s most iconic neighborhoods. The races will take off from Balboa Park and travel through Hillcrest, North Park, and Normal Heights before the marathon breaks from the half marathon at mile 8. The route will also run through Mission Hills, Old Town, and Mission Bay Park before both distances finish downtown near Waterfront Park.
In true Rock ‘n’ Roll fashion, live bands, enthusiastic cheerleaders, and spectators line the race route, concluding with a celebratory finish line festival and post race Toyota Rock ‘n’ Roll Concert Series headlined by Michael Franti & Spearhead.

6월 10일 WHERE THE WEST IS FUN: SAN DIEGO COUNTY FAIR 2017
Where the West Is Fun at the 2017 San Diego County Fair offers a stampede of fun, food, and entertainment this year, from June 2 through July 4, at the Del Mar Fairgrounds. The fair is closed the first four Mondays and the first three Tuesdays.
The Western theme is featured throughout the fair, focusing on the culture of the region from the 1880s and merging it with pop culture elements inspired by it. For many people, the recollection of the West was formed by movies and TV shows, names of favorite sports teams, and even toys like “Woody” from the movie Toy Story. But the story begins at the beginning with the Original People of this western land, their lifestyle, preserved lands, and culture which also will be exhibited in various ways throughout the fair.
Specific to this year’s theme there will be country music, a rodeo, Fiesta del Charro, a Frontier Town, and a themed exhibit with a saloon, art, and history displays about this period of time in America. Where the West Is Fun is a creative way to bring the fair to life, but the tried and true standards that fair guests love, year after year, will still be at the San Diego County Fair, like music at the grandstand stage, fair food extremes and traditions, exhibits by children and hobbyists, and displays of California agriculture, which was the original purpose of the annual fair.

Join San Ysidro Health Center at the Hotel del Coronado for a yoga-on-the-beach fundraiser Following the yoga class, participants are invited to stay for refreshments, live music, giveaways, an opportunity drawing and prizes. Yoga mats will be provided, and two-hour parking validation is included. All proceeds benefit San Ysidro Health Center and the organization’s mission to provide timely and quality healthcare to over 92,000 patients in underserved communities throughout San Diego County.
