Step 2: Book your free (through January 1) ticket to the Sports, Health & Wellness EXPO http://www.sportswellnessexpo.com/

Step 3: Learn the U-Jam Fitness choreography for the flash mob song by either: 1. Attending a local U-Jam class at select YMCAs in Silicon Valley (only at El Camino YMCA, Northwest YMCA, East Valley Family YMCA, South Valley Family YMCA and Central YMCA). 2. Practicing at home by watching the video on youtube. Video details coming soon 3. Attending one of the flash mob practices hosted by select YMCAs in Silicon Valley (El Camino YMCA, Northwest YMCA, East Valley Family YMCA and South Valley Family YMCA). Details coming soon.
