Australia Day Celebrations

The City of Canterbury’s Australia Day celebrations will be held on Sunday 26 January from 10 am to 3 pm at Tasker Park, Phillips Ave, Canterbury, and Roselands and Canterbury Aquatic Centres.

The day will commence at 10 am with a Citizenship Ceremony, followed by a family fun day, including kids rides, free face painting, AFL and soccer clinics, game zone with tug of war, potato sack racing & more fun games.  Experience the amazing bird and wildlife show, while Kogarah Concert Band and Green Beaver keep the groove going under a shaded area while you enjoy a free sausage sizzle.

You can also enjoy a big splash at our Australia Day pool party with $2 entry at Canterbury and Roselands Aquatic Centres.
