Growing entirely by word of mouth, Lazy Bear usually has 1000-plus person waitlists for 120 coveted spots in a weekend. Over the past four years, Lazy Bear has served thousands of patrons many hundreds of different dishes. The mailing list has well over 10,000 subscribers and is growing rapidly.
