The story original followed a young mermaid who falls for a handsome prince, leading her to wish for legs so she might be a part of the surface world to be with her prince, but this production promises a little more fun and music. Based on the Hans Christian Anderson tale, this production promises to be the less common version of the popular fairy tale.
