Dance Ontario: Dance Weekend

Dance Ontario presents the twentieth annual Dance Weekend, a festival showcasing many different genres of dance, including Ballet, B-Boys, Jazz, Contemporary, Flamenco, Middle Eastern, Bharanatyam and more. This year`s anniversary fest, which happens at the Harbourfront Centre`s Fleck Dance Theatre, also features new commissioned works by Gadfly & Benjamin Landsberg.

Founded in 1976 as an affiliate of the now-defunct Dance In Canada Association, Dance Ontario has been a registered non-profit organization since 1985. The group`s aim is to promote all styles of dance in Canada and Ontario while developing performance facilities, raising funds and produce dance-related programs, seminars and courses.
