Shrek The Musical

Shrek The Musical is a play about a green ogre named Shrek and his rescue of a beautiful, irascible princess. Contrary to fairy tale lore, Shrek does not possess dashing good looks or come from a privileged family; yet, his gallantry and humanity are unmatched by those who think him a monster. With the help of his loyal group of friends among them a tough, no-nonsense cookie and a donkey who likes to talk Shrek confronts a comically tiny villain intent on thwarting his search for love and justice.

This play includes 19 original songs based on the 2001 DreamWorks film Shrek.
